I loved super-friendly personnel that ensures guests have a comfortable stay. The room is nice styled and modern and essentials you need, including central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk, is right there. The location is ideal and particularly good, in a pleasant neighborhood. The bets part that it's not far from tube and Hyde park, shops and local cafe.

Clean room, comfortable amenities, very well-priced, as I enjoyed the ensuite bathroom and the excellent free wi-fi provided, and it's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tube station.

Overall the room is new-fashioned, compact and includes an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV. The point is street view was an unexpected bonus.

Particularly good location so close to tube stations and Bayswater tube station in a pretty nice area. Plus, right by Queen Victoria Statue.

Checked in at 2am and it was super chill thanks to the 24/7 desk. Location is fab, just a short walk from both Bayswater and Queensway stations. Room was clean and the bed was comfy! Enjoyed a nice, refreshing shower. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The room was clean and had comfy bedding, made for a good night's sleep. Air conditioning worked well, but I missed being able to open a window for fresh air. The bathroom was modern and felt nice. The quirky decor was a fun touch, giving it a unique vibe. Just a heads up-the fire door situation could be really dangerous in an emergency since the knob isn't easily visible. Otherwise, it was a pretty chill stay.

With a fantastic location near tube stations and Hyde Park, this accommodation was perfect for exploring the city. The Beautiful Triple Room was clean and pleasant, with new bathroom facilities and air conditioning. Dining options felt limited, and the lack of a more varied menu was disappointing. While the area is generally quiet at night, there were instances of noise from neighboring rooms.

I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy, modern room and appreciated how close I was to Kensington Gardens and the fine Albert Memorial, made my weekend strolls enjoyable while immersing myself in the city's charm.

The beautifully decorated room was a pleasure to stay in, with comfy beds and a clean shower. The lack of a lift made it a challenge with multiple flights of stairs, which isn't ideal for those with mobility issues. A minor stain on the carpet was also noted.
